Green Run 5k | outdoored

Join us on March 18th, 2017 @ 10:00 AM for the 2nd Annual Green Run 5K

Hosted by Corvallis Middle School, the second annual Corvallis Green Run 5K will benefit the CMS Outdoor Education program.

Come join us for a morning of running and activities to celebrate the coming of spring. Activities will include the 5K, a free 400 meter Sprite Run for kids, and opportunities to learn about nature journaling, birding, yoga for kids, and more.

Pre Registration is now closed. You can print off a registration paper and bring it race day or you can just join us race day. click here to print off a copy

Cost:

Adults: $25

Children 18 or under: $15

Pre-registration guarantees race day shirt availability.

Race Day Registration is $30 for adults, $20 for children 18 years and younger.

Corvallis Community Events Center (the football stadium).

Race begins at 10:00 AM.

There will also be a kids' 400 meter run, food and beverage vendors, an eco-fair, and other exciting events from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Awards for the top three male and female finishers in the open, masters (40 and over), and youth (under 18) age groups. There will also be a raffle for all kinds of local goodies.

During the race and into the afternoon we will have an eco-fair set up where you can see all of the amazing things that we do in our outdoor program. We will also be having a chili feed. For $10 you get a bowl of chili in which you get to keep the bowls. Bowls are hand crafted clay by Corvallis Middle School students. There is a kids' 400 meter race that will begin at 11:00 AM and a number of donated local items we will be raffling off.
